Services and engagement
Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate statement of work or contract. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer until confirmed in writing by both parties.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, CoreBaze retains rights to pre-existing materials, tools, and know-how. Client-owned assets and agreed deliverables are addressed in your project agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoreBaze is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or our services. Our total liability is limited as set out in your applicable agreement, or where none exists, to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
